• Skills based anger management
• Theoretical and practical models of anger arousal
• How to teach awareness of anger triggers
• How to get situational control of anger
• How to express anger appropriately
• How to find common ground to work with your client
• How to distinguish who is suitable for anger management

Frank Walton BA (Hons) MA Dip SW is the director and senior tutor for Anger UK an anger management consultancy and training organisation.
Frank has developed anger management programmes in the criminal justice system since 1993. He is an experienced and imaginative trainer able to engage participants in a creative training pocess.
